ItaliaStephanie Italia Ricci, born October 29 1986, is a American-Canadian actor. She is well-known for her role in the role of April Carver on the ABC Family television series Chasing Life in 2014-2015. In 2016, she was the character Emily Rhodes, White House Chief of Staff as well as Special Advisor in the drama show Designated Survivor. Ricci started performing in American productions in minor roles in House, House and Greek in 2009.
