An ex-fashion model of the top class who was 5'10'' in height, Carey was an a fan favorite of top American fashion designers like Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren. In 1979, the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists named her dad Scientist of The Year. Carey was educated throughout the world as a consequence of her father's work. When she was a student at an institution called the University of Colorado, Carey began to model on the side. A representative of Ford Model Agency located in New York noticed her and offered to help. Following her move to France and briefly was a resident at Paris, Bordeaux and New York She decided that she would return home to New York and continue her studies. Then, Vogue, Glamour and others featured her on their covers. As a model, she went to New York University full-time to obtain a degree in literature. In New York she began to learn about acting. Her debut as an actor was as a character in the film with Robin Williams in the 1986 film 'Club Paradise. In her spare time, she enjoys ski, white-water rafting wind-surfing and climbing rocks.
